My Perfume Collection!

I just filmed this to go on my YouTube channel and I thought I'd show you too, specially since some people have been wanting me to post again. I'm currently busy with finals and if I'm not studying or in college, I'm doing something YouTube related, but I promised I was still going to post, so I'm keeping my promise.

I wanted to show you my perfume collection so it can give you ideas on what perfume to buy next, or just in case you need to give a present to someone, perfume is always a good choice.

Someday by Justin Bieber is a very girly and sweet scent. I think most people will like it, even if you're not a Justin Bieber fan. This is currently one of my favorites.
Fame by Lady Gaga is surprisingly a sweet scent. I was expecting it to be more of a night scent, but it's just good for everyday use. Also, don't be scared of the color cause it doesn't stain your clothes.

Daisy by Marc Jacobs is, as expected, a floral scent. It's just a great perfume, I don't even know what else to say about it other than the bottle is just so cute!
Be Delicious Red by DKNY is part of the Be Delicious line, so it smells a bit like apple but it's more of a night scent than the green one (which really smells like apple).

These two are my most youthful scents. The first one is called Stelle Paradise and I don't even remember getting it, but it's a sweet, fresh scent. The second one is Pink Ice by Rue 21 and it's definitely a sweet scent. I'd say it smells like cotton candy, for sure.

J'Adore by Dior is more of a mature scent and this is actuallt my mom's, but I also use it, so I thought I'd show you. I love the smell of it, and the bottle is gorgeous!
Miss Dior Cherie is my favorite perfume of all time, and that's why it's almost empty and I need to get a new one. It's a musky scent but floral at the same time. It's amazing!

Touch of Pink by Lacoste is a girly, floral, fresh scent. I really like it and this is my second bottle of it.
Custo Barcelona by Custo Barcelona is also a musky scent but sweeter than Miss Dior Cherie, I also really like it!

These are my 4 body mists:
Mango Temptation by Victoria's Secret just smells like mango and I only wear it in the summer time because I think it's more appropriate.
The next two are from H&M: they were only 2.95€ and they're really nice and fresh. The first one smells like pear and cucumber and the second one like guava and fig.
The last one is Fresh & Clean from the Pink line at Victoria's Secret and I don't know how to describe it, but it smells amazing.

I hope you liked this post because it was really fun to write, and if you have any requests for me, please let me know.

xoxo

Launch Away! by MAC: review + swatch

I went to MAC the other day because I wanted to get this blush. I've been seeing the Hey Sailor! collection all around blogger and youtube and I wanted to get something so I went online to see what they had and loved everything! So that was a problem, but when I went to the actual store, I fell in love with this blush.

First of all, the packaging is really cute, and that's always nice when you're trying to see what you like; and it goes pretty well with the sailor theme of the collection.

I'd say the color of the blush is a light peach. It really is light and it's also kind of sheer, so you actually have to apply quite a bit of product to see its real color. Even though, when you're wearing it, it can look light pink.

Here's a swatch on my arm. As you can tell it's really hard to see but it gives my face a nice glow. It might look better on darker skin tones because it would stand out more.

Did you get anything from this collection?

Nail of the day #10 - Essie's sparkly nails

You all know I love nail polish and nail of the day posts. Hopefully you like them too. I think they're really fun and helpful because it's always nice to see how a nail polish looks on someone's nails before purchasing it if you're not sure that you're gonna like the color, consistency...

Today's post features two Essie nail polishes: the base color is "Bobbing for baubles" from the 2011 Winter Collection which is a dark navy blue; and on top of that I used "Pure Pearlfection" from the 2011 Luxeffects Collection.

Natural light towards the sun

I did two coats of the first (base) nail polish and just one coat of sparkles.

Natural light with no sun

Please excuse the messiness of my nails, I kind of took the pictures in a rush and it looks weird. Anyway, I love the effect of this glitter nail polish because it's very fine glitter instead of chunky and it gets the color of the nail polish; meaning that if you use it on top of a pink nail polish, the glitter will have pink tones.
