Jennifer Lawrence inspired make up

You all know I'm a huge Hunger Games fan, so I was very happy to create this look. I got my inspiration from her look at the Hunger Games premiere, where she wore a pretty brown smokey eye, peachy cheeks and really light colored (almost nude) lips.

For my eyes I used the color "buck" from the Naked Palette as a base, the third color from the Revlon quad in "Attitude" for my crease and the darkest color in that same quad for my outer corner and I also put a little bit down my lower lash line. To highlight my brow bone I used a single eyeshadow from CoverGirl in the color "french vanilla", and to highlight my inner corner I used an eyeshadow from Bourjois called "citron givré".

My eyeliner is NYX Slide On pencil in "Jet black" and my mascara is CoverGirl Lash Blast (the waterproof version).

For my cheeks I used MAC's blush in "Launch Away!" (that came out with their Hey Sailor! collection) which is just a very light peachy color.
And last but not least I used MAC's lipstick in "Creme Cup" on my lips and NYX's lipgloss in "Mauve". This combination created a light pink color that can look a little nude as well.

If you want to see all the steps, you can go watch the video I made:

What do you think of this look?

Inspired by: Siobhan Martin from Ringer

This "Inspired by" post is about Siobhan Martin from the cw show Ringer who is played by Sarah Michelle Gellar. In the show, Siobhan is rich so her style is sophisticated and elegant, and most of her clothes are expensive. However, you can always find great items that are not as expensive from other stores.

The dress I have chosen for this look is from Mango, which I love. Both pairs of shoes are from ASOS, as well as the yellow clutch; and the stud earrings are from Forever 21. I found all of these items amazing for their price and I might be buying the dress, since I found it on their website these days and it's still available.

I really like mixing colors and color blocking, and even though some people may not like yellow and black together, I thing it works really well on this look.

Movie night look :)

I went to see Breaking Dawn Part 1 a couple of days ago and I was going to post this maybe a day after but I got sick and I haven't been able to do it until now. It's getting colder and colder where I live but that day wasn't as bad so I decided to wear a blazer instead of a coat (I have to say that I have a cardigan underneath the blazer and I'm always hot, so it was actually pretty cold that night: around 3ºC or 4ºC).

Here's what I wore (excuse my cat eating in the background haha):

Blazer - Zara
tshirt - H&M
white tank top - Zara
Jeans - Forever 21
Boots - Marypaz
Necklace - Marc Jacobs

Also I wanted to show you what my hair looked like from the back right after I curled it, cause my hair doesn't hold curls very long even if I use a ton of hairspray. The photos above were taken about 20 minutes after the one I'm about to show you and you can tell the difference in my hair already (I hate my hair so much, ugh)

Have you seen Breaking Dawn? Do you guys like the twilight saga? :)

Look for a night out ( OOTN )

I'm going to show you the outfit I wore yesterday night. It's casual but at the same time it can be "dressy" for some clubs.

I love over the knee socks but I never seem to find the prefect time to wear them and also my friends aren't into trying new styles so I was a little skeptical about wearing them. Another friend told me to go for it cause she thought I could pull it off, so I followed her advice.
What do you all think?

Top - Forever 21
Blazer - Stradivarius
Shorts - Forever 21
Bag - H&M
Over the knee socks - Forever 21
Flats - Zara

Also I wanted to show you the make up I wore but the photo is not the best, so I apologize.

For this look I used:
- BB Cream by Garnier in "light"
- Dream Matte Powder by Maybelline in "golden sand"
- Elf blush in "tickled pink"
- "sidecar", "hustle" and "virgin" from the Naked Palette by Urban Decay
- The colossal volume express waterproof by Maybelline
- Black Label lipstick by NYX in "summer in hampton"

Going Out Look

I went out last Saturday with my friends and I thought I'd show you what I wore to give you guys some ideas (even though it's a pretty simple look).

Bandeau: ASOS
Skirt: Forever 21
Gold cuff bracelet: Forever 21
Necklace: Marc Jacobs
Rest of the jewelry: Forever 21, Macy's, Swatch, random stores

My sister took this picture while I was retouching my hair and I thought it was kinda cool. I left my house with those ballet flats but after I met my friends I changed shoes; these are the ones I ended up wearing:

As for makeup:

Eyes: Duo Eyeshadow in the color Victorian Pink (by Clinique), the Colossal Volume Express waterproof mascara (by Maybelline), Slide on eyeliner in Jet Black (by NYX)
Lips: Minty Lipgloss in the color New York City (by Elf)

Looklet

Very recently I discovered a website to create different looks. It's similar to Polyvore but it's better.
You can choose a model, all the clothes she's going to wear, the scenario and you can also write a title and a description for your look.

The website that I'm talking about is Looklet

Go check it out because you're going to love it as much as I do. Since I started using it yesterday I haven't got much time to create a lot of looks, but if you want to see the ones that I've created and the ones that I will create, here's the link to my page.
