MAC Lipstick in Diva | Review and swatch

I have been wanting to buy Diva by MAC since last year but for some reason (probably because I bought too many lipsticks) I never got around to it. It seems like this year it's going to be just as popular, or even more, so I decided to go ahead and make a trip to my closest MAC counter before I started buying other lipsticks. It's all just a cycle, really.

As you can see, it looks really dark on the tube but it's not as intimidating when you wear it. If you're into wearing dark lipsticks, this shade of burgundy is most likely perfect for you. It's also a matte formula, which I have been really liking this year, and it's up to MAC standards as far as longlasting/pigmentation/hydration goes.

You can get it at MAC counters or MAC stores, or at their online website for £15.50 in the UK, 19.50€ in Spain or $16 in the US.

Christmas outfit of the day!

I'm back! yay!
Today I wanted to share with all of you what I wore on Christmas day. I'm sorry I don't have a "propper" picture with good lighting but I actually filmed a video, if you want to check it out :)

Outfit of the night - Burgundy love

I love taking pictures of my outfits when I go out at night on weekends because I dress up a little more, I usually look nicer than weekdays; obviously I don't wear this kind of clothes to class because I think it's too much, but that is just my own opinion. I though I'd share with all of you last Saturday's outfit, so here it is.

I just realized everything I wore was from Forever 21 and Zara. As you can tell, I love both a lot. And that skirt I actually bought in two different colors because it was only 5€, so it was a deal. Oh, and I don't know where my tights are from, but you can get this kind everywhere so it's ok. 

In a few days I will do a post on my nails that day, which I'm still wearing now (do you say wearing when it comes to nails? I don't know, cause you're not actually wearing them, if you know what I mean).

Topshop and Forever 21 haul!

I recently did a little bit of online shopping since I don't have these stores in my city (well, I actually think there is a Topshop but it's not close to my house) and I want to show you some of the stuff I got.

First, from Topshop I got this lovely sweatshirt or jumper (however you call this type of top) which is from the brand Illustrated People.

And I know it's still winter and it's very cold where I live but I just couldn't resist. I had to buy a pair of sunglasses that came with a cute cheetah pouch/sleeve/thingy to keep them in.

Then from Forever 21 I got three different skirts since I'm in love with skirts. These first two were only 5€ each and I got them in a kind of rusty color and burgundy.

The third skirt is a little bit different and it's more summery so I won't be wearing it soon. I just love coral and when I saw this, I fell in love. 

Accessories are always nice, and since I love necklaces and Forever 21 has really cheap jewelry, I decided to get this long and big pale pink necklace.

Last, but not least (since actually I'm very excited about it) I got a pair of high heels. These are about 5 inches but since they have a platform, they're easy to walk with; and the heel is pretty big also.
