Nail of the day - Live and let die

I recently got 2 nail polishes from OPI's James Bond collection and this is one of them. It's called Live And Let Die (since all of them have names from the movies) and I'd describe it as a dark base, which I see as a mixture of navy, green and grey, with tons of fine green and gold glitter.

and, you know what's amazing about it? ...I only applied ONE coat of the nail polish!! It's crazy how creamy and opaque this nail polish is. Obviously, it starts chipping earlier if you only do 1 coat, but still, it has lasted around 4 days perfectly.

Weekly photos #24

Only 1 more week to start my classes again...and I don't want to. Even though I get really bored during the summer, it's better than being overwhelmed with papers, projects and exams.

The good thing is that since we're already in fall time, I have to go shopping for the season! haha

1. One of my guilty pleasures

2. We recently got Essie in some stores, but it retails for 12€, which is crazy! Thankfully we have internet and online stores that carry Essie for less than that (although it's still more expensive than US prices).

3. I went to MAC and got myself a blush and two eyeshadows. I'll review them soon.

4. I've been making grilled cheese and ham sandwiches a lot this week. Even my sister wanted me to make one for her...actually she was willing to pay me (1€) because she was very lazy...I didn't do it cause I was feeling lazy as well lol

5. I got my october Teen Vogue magazine, which made me happy :)
6. I was cleaning out my closet and I found this old and very wrinkly t-shirt I got at Hilary Duff's concert in 2006. I can't believe that was 6 years ago!
7 & 8. I painted my nails with those two nail polishes. The color is actually like the one in the second picture.

Nail of the day #8 - pink glitter

Today I'm showing you guys this nail polish that I was going to show you a long time ago. I forgot back then, but since I just remembered to post it, here it is:
It's "Brilliant" by Nubar and I really love this nail polish because it has really fine glitter and it feels like a regular nail polish when you apply it, and it has a very pretty color.

Nail of the day #3

Today, I'm wearing what looks like a normal red from the distance; but if you look closely, you see that it actually has sparkles in it. It's glitter but not the chunky one, this nail polish has very small glitter inside it, but it's not only glitter (what I mean by this is that it gives color just like a normal nail polish).

It's a NYX nail polish in the color "heart". Here's a picture:

It's taken indoors, but close to a  window (that's why there's so much light). I was going to take another one in natural light outdoors, but today it's a very sunny day where I live and it was too bright to even show a close color to the real one. 

The picture I just showed you still looks a little bright; but just so you can get a closer thought about what it looks like, the color on the bottle is the right one.

This one looks better (closer to real color) but since I wasn't happy with these, I took this other picture, in which you can see the color and the glitter:

Nail of the day #1 - Purple Glitter Nails

I'm currently loving glitter nail polishes and 2 weeks ago (sort of) I bought OPI's "I Lily Love You" which is a thick glitter nail polish (meaning that it actually has glitter chunks) with a pink/purple base to it.

Since the color is not very opaque I had to paint my nails with another nail polish before applying the glitter one.

As a base, I used Kiko's 330; which is a light violet color:
